A Bit About Me
​
I have a strong background in People, Technology and Change leadership with 25 years of experience from the Investment Banking, Technology and Consulting industries. My coaching style is rooted in Agile Leadership, Neuroscience and Positive Psychology.
​
Prior to starting Condor Consulting, I was a Director in Operations Technology for Credit Suisse. I’ve led large Global Technology Functions and been Chief of Staff and Head of People & Culture for a department of 1,800+. I’ve also led Operations Technology and Diversity & Inclusion across the UK / Europe Region
​
People are always my main focus. Through Coaching, People Strategy, Business Consulting & Talent Development, I love helping people understand and lean into their strengths, building the confidence to explore, adapt and scale their impact at work.

I've made a positive and meaningful impact on the careers of the many people I've coached along the way.

I've Been There.....
​
On a personal level, I have a husband and two young children, and as a result have been through my own return to work journeys after both periods of parental leave. I've also tackled significant role changes and promotions before and after starting a family.
I faced another unplanned career break 8 years ago when I was treated for breast cancer. I'm thankful that it was a positive outcome, but the extended time away from work was an important and life-changing period of self-reflection and prioritisation for me. It led to my own decision to make an exciting career change and start my own business - I can honestly say it's the best thing that could have come out of such a bad situation!

Now I get to pursue the things I've always enjoyed most - working directly with people to help them get the most from their careers and map out their own, personal pathway to success.
